Extra files being saved V6 SR2 RC3

We are getting a lot of extra files being saved when saving in V6. We have turned off auto save. Also the .rhl files are not being deleted when closing Rhino.

We just discovered this is happening with other programs. It does not appear to be Rhino specific.
