Extend Srf fail why?

simple surface, unable to select outer edge during ExtendSrf command.

Why ?

Your object is a polysurface. Works here if I explode, _ExtendSrf on individual surfaces, then re-join.

Hi Kev R,
I didnt realise ExtendSrf failed with polysurfaces.

It was made with sweep1rail. a simple line and a rail.

I must brush up on what makes polysurfaces and what makes those it will work on. It doesnt come with an ‘excludes’ warning. There is nothing about this in the help tab that displays what its about when command run.
