Variable x: Number
Variable y: Null
This is exactly as in GH Primer V3-3. Still paralyzed by “syntax error” message.
Now I use GH 1.0.0007. Maybe something has changed in this newer GH version? Any clue?

Hello all, I am newbie in grasshopper and start learning from a Book called AAD. I am practicing from the screenshots given in the book, The same recipe i am using, but it shows some evaluation error can someone please help me out with this. K, and I’m not seeing the solution other than “don’t use draw full names, it’s just there to trick you”:
It’s a known issue when you are running GH in “Draw Full Names” mode
Change input variable name from Variable x --> x, Variable y --> y.
So, why have the option? Or how to use said option?
