Exporting a surface to Mastercam

Hello,
I try to export a manifold surface that I have digitized with a Microscribe mesuring arm.
From the digitized splines, I have created 4 surfaces to be able to create 4 toolpaths with Mastercam.
I tried to export the surface with Rhino .3dm file and also with Parasolid (*.x_t) and also with .step but it always end up with splines only and no surfaces. I then tried the same with a simple solid cube with the same result…

Try STEP or IGES formats…

export as
iges
in the iges export option / setting use Mastercam X

Thank you Tom for your help but the issue was that the view in Mastercam was set at Wireframe so when I switched the view to Shaded, the surfaces finally appeared .
…I am an old machinist and I am new with those software, LoL
