Export to DXF files without the "0" layer?

I do need to export a lot of DXF files from Rhino6 and the program that it is importing this files for further processing it is always complaining that can’t import the “0” layer that the exported DXF files contains.

How I can remove this “0” layer when I do export to DXF from Rhino6?

I don’t believe that you can.

“Layer 0” is a default layer always in DWG/DXF files.

It has special properties in AutoCAD and has been there since the very beginning of AutoCAD.

It is similar to layer “default” in Rhino.
