Export selected as pdf fails and PDF24 sheep logo generates a fax

I draw a rectangle, run hatch command , select it , place it on purple layer to test rgb usage in pshop.

and from file list choose ‘export selected’ and choose pdf.

pdf24 launches a pdf fax window.

PDF24 (sheep logo) is my very good mutli talented pdf prog.

I dont end up with anything I can take into Photoshop,

I wish there was an export to Pshop option.

How do I stop the fax thing muscling in.

I am creating a PDF not a fax., but something in the process makes it think I am faxing.
