Export scheme for dxf files and cnc use. Biesse rover B and B solid

I use rhino 8 and I need an export scheme for the software I use for my cnc machine. I have a rover B by Biesse and I am having a nightmare trying to find a crrect export scheme that keeps the lines the same. If the curve is mellow it makes the line straight. It takes a more sharp curve and turns it into a million point.

Is this a B solid import issue or rhino export issue? I have just cut 20000 pounds worth of teak and all the capping rails do not fit on the boat!!! big problem
