Hi, I am encountering the same issue with hatch not exporting to Rhino PDF with the correct lineweight settings. I am not able to find much on the topic on other threads. Wondering if there are any updates to this.

Only that my results were the opposite from yours. When still hatch objects, they print thinner here.
Could you post screen shots of all settings in the print dialog? Those are not saved in the file, so I’d like to make sure that I’m trying with the same settings.
Testing in Rhino 9, the output is identical for hatch objects and their exploded versions, so something looks to have been fixed somewhere along the ride…

I tested on the Rhino 8 Sr36 WIP.
I got the same result as @wim. The hatch was exploded and printed I identical as it did prior to exploding.
During testing, you may want to disable Encape: We do not have it loaded.

Since the issue did not follow your 3DM file, you may want to use the Reset command to reset Rhino back to factory defaults.
Everything you customized - system settings, display modes, toolbars - will be reset.
Also when you are having issues with Print Width, always make a layout and test your printing from the layout.
The layout has printer, sheet size, and print scale already configured.
It is the only way to compare results reliably.
In this file, I added a layout and include the PDFs of unexploded hatch in raster and vector out put. I like the vector slightly better.
