Hey guys,
I’ve managed to created layers in Rhino through Grasshopper based on an excel sheet. The question I want to ask now is how I can put child layers under parent layers. A screenshot of the layering system (manually dragged under parent layers) is as below:
I guess I am looking for a smart way of recognising which child layers belongs to which parent layer and grandparent layer (by extracting the numbers at the front).
The script is attached below and I’ve internalised the dataset.
