Hi, I am following some tutorials and it asks to open some files (es Extrude.3dm) and I can’t find these files anywhere. Can anyone tell me where these files for the tutorials are?

You didn’t say which tutorial you are following. If that’s McNeel’s Level 1 Training Manual, you can find the models from Rhino → Help → Learn Rhino → Tutorials and Samples…
That will open a panel in Rhino in which you can find Extrude.3dm under Level 1 Training Manual:
