Error "The mesh folder does not exist. Please create a mesh first."

I am trying to test the example files in Eddy3D.
In the file 3_SimpleWindAnalysis I get the following error:

The mesh folder does not exist. Please create a mesh first.

I have installed the latest BlueCFD, OpenFoam and Radience.
I have started the blueCFD-Core terminal as admin in order to fix the permissions error that occurs if you don’t do it.

When I start this section of the definition the only thing that happens is that a terminal window appears and disappears instantly. This tells me that the simulation does not start at all.
