Error Starting Octane - Could not load Octane3Wrapper.dll

New installation of Octane for Rhino6 yielding the above error upon starting Rhino 6. Has never worked correctly.

Installer:
OctaneRenderForRhino6_3_08_3_95_SUBSCRIPTION.exe

Any thoughts?

Hi - this is usually caused by not having the latest NVidia drivers loaded.
