Error regarding Concre3DLab plugin

Hello,

I have a problem when I make a prep algorithm and get out put for concrete 3D lab plugin. I am trying to make a simulation of concrete 3D printing process and using concrete 3D lab plugin. I defined a layered wall shape model and connected in Prep algorithm then connected the prep to the Cobra Slicer. Cobra slicer shows an error of " 1. Solution exception:Could not load file or assembly ‘Concre3DLab, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null’ or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified."
Please advice how to solve this issue.

Thank you for your help. I have another question. I have a model using Karamba 3D. In the analysis algorithm , it shows an error that says " 1. Model can not be calculated: there are no supports." while there is no error in support defined and it is correctly connected to the algorithm. Please advise how to solve this issue.
