Error not finding support position

Hi All,
I have recently encountered this problem that the assembly did not recognise the supports positions. eventhough the points are all flattened. What could be the problem ?.
This is the error:

  1. Solution exception:Could not find node at (69.6792179232046/11.3415751761896/6.38969009303879) where support number 13 is attached.

any answer please ?.

Hi @a.mohsen, this means that the point at which this support is defined is not a node in your Karamba Model. Check to see if all the support points lie on your geometry. Alternatively, extract the points from the MeshtoShell or LinetoBeam component outputs with the FindSimilarMember component to make sure the points are included in your Model. These components have an automatric tolerance embedded in the component so this may course some discrepancies in the support points.
