Hey @Jose_O_Cardona, this error message is returned by Cloud Zoo when an attempt has been made to get a lease from a team that the account is not a member of. This could happen if you were recently removed from a team. Have you since been able to get Rhino to run? Is this Rhino 6 or Rhino 7? What is the email address associated with the Rhino account that was being used at the time?
It is Rhino 7. For solve problem is it necessary to format the machine?
No, that won’t be necessary.
Please try the following…
- Close all instances of Rhino 7
- Open “%appdata%\McNeel\Rhinoceros\6.0\License Manager\Licenses” in File Explorer
- Delete cloudzoo.json
- Start Rhino again and log in
This should clear out any existing account credentials and allow Rhino to request a fresh lease using your account.
