Error importing sldasm files

The error message is unhelpful: error reading *.sldasm. Any suggestions?

Hi Chris - are the part files there as well? Is the SW format 2014 or earlier (2016, maybe 2017 for V6/WIP)

There is no *.sldprt only *.sldasm. Maybe I could get the part files…

Hi Chris - now that I’m thinking about it, I think you don’t get an error reading a sldasm with no part files, just an empty file. It may just be a more recent SW format than V5 reads.
