Shameless plug (my son) Jonathan has created a new (epiq) Issue Tracker and Review tool which can be run from the command line, in a web browser or integrated into your code editor.
Apart from the Issue tracker, anyone overburdened with reviewing code in collaboration groups or AI slop (…) will find that something completely new has happened to this kind of tool.
