Environment background map distorts when using RT Cuda in beta 3.4

It is fine when applying a texture to a lightdome but when using environment maps it does not map correctly. Only when switching to RT cpu or production render

Edit: I am using win 10 with nvidia gtx 950m
PS. It also rotates when switching between the two

I’m not able to reproduce that issue. Can you give me some steps? Maybe, the scene file will be better?
