Enhanced Panel Request

Hi All,

I often compare the output of 2 or more components with panels. It may just be my OCD ( :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye: ) but needing to control the scroll bar on each individual panel is a hassle, and never results in aligned rows of data.

I’m imagining an enhanced panel, that allows for as many components as needed to be added with input nodes. Each input will appear as a new column in the panel. It would be amazing if new inputs are dynamically added in the same way that the merge component works. In my view, this wouldn’t need output nodes, but I’m not opposed to their inclusion either.

Finally, a single slider would allow scrolling / reviewing the output of multiple components in a much more synchronized way.

The image tries to illustrate the look / function of the enhanced panel. Let me know if anything isn’t clear.

Synchronous panel scrolling. That would be nice.

This is definitely a great solution and one that I’ll start using.

The only issue I have is that there’s a more steps and components required to get it going. The beauty of normal panels is how simple it is to drop onto the canvas and review the data.

I’m still going to hold out hope for a custom component!
