Can there be a feature to paste an image from the clipboard and have it embedded in the current document? this would be useful all the time.
Hello - none that I know of, no - how would you want that to be embedded? As a texture or would you expect the question as when dragging an image onto Rhino?

Personally I would always use option 1, and probably 99% of the time to paste a screenshot into the model without having to save as a png somewhere and come up with a file name.
Yeah… I don’t know how that would work since textures look for a file and a path etc - Rhino would have no way of keeping the image other than embedding it in the file bitmap table or cooking up a file and a temp location somehow - I don’t really know but I’d not expect this anytime soon, I guess.
