Email Export Duplicates

Merry Christmas everyone, quick question !

I started recieving some customer orders with weird duplicates, notice that in the 3 emails they were all sent at the very same time which probably means one of 2 things:

  1. The user (in this case customer using my website) clicked the export parameters button multiple times so I recieved multiple emails.

or

  1. The user clicked export and I recieved the duplicates from 1 request.

Also note that the first email is a regular SD export with parametrs + DWG file but the others are just the DWG file on their own.

Thanks for clarifying and letting me know what I can do to avoid this, and if this is consuming more “SD credit” or not.

I think the following emails also contain the email text (the three dots), which has been minimized by your email provider. It is quite likely that the end user has clicked on export several times in that case.
