Elefont use, connecting data to curve, exceel-gh

Hi!
I am a third year student and I have a task that I am struggling with. I would appreciate any help!
My three questions are:

  1. I used elefont to choose a layer in rhino, but I want to seperate it into subgroups:
    -refrenced polyline curve
    -refrenced closed planar curve
    -refrenced line like curve
    what can help me do it?

  2. After that I want to take only the “refrenced closed planar curve” and attach each one with the block that is within (the blocks are also taken by elefont and are in a group). each block has data and I want to attach the data to the right “refrenced closed planar curve” that surrounds it.

  3. then I would like to export the data into an excel sheet, does anyone know what is the most suitable way to do it?

I attached the GH and RHINO files, and put scribbles next to the place of the questions.
