The Pontificia Bolivariana University (UPB), School of Architecture and Design, in a joint effort with UPB’s School of Engineering, proudly presents the first certificate in vehicle design in the region. This course wants to provide every participant all the concept-creation skills and technical basics for the industrial design of personal electrical mobility equipment, particularly motorcycles. This will be a holistic view to the design process connecting concept, technology, sustainability, safety and urban integration in a system integration approach. From day one this course will be a hands-on activity and throughout the program each participant will be integrating knowledge in a tutored design workshop process; from sketching to 3D modeling, this will become a priceless opportunity to address on their own designs, every technical challenge of modern electric driven systems for e-bikes.
