Hi @djhg,
Which VisualARQ object are you editing? What are you trying to do?
Can you send us the model and the required steps to reproduce the issue?
Thanks,
Enric
I’ve tried to reproduce the issue with the file you send, but it seems to work fine here. I can work and edit VisualARQ objects in a detail without issues. I’ll need more information on how to reproduce the issue.
Thanks,
Enric
Thanks Enric
Can you try zooming in so that the locked plan detail on the 11x17 sheet fills the screen, and double clicking quickly and repeatedly to activate the detail and then open the va object edutor? That froze the file for me every time and did not open the vs object editor.
Hi @djhg,
I tried that several times, and it always worked fine, entering and leaving the detail in less than a second every time.
I’m using VisualARQ 2.10.2 and Rhino 7.5, and I don’t have any other plugins installed.

Are you getting the inserted bitmaps - m,aybe they are interfering and I need to send them to you.
Hi @djhg,
No, I don’t have those bitmaps. Please, send them to me so I can try again to reproduce the issue.
Enric
I have saved the file with bitmaps (as per
https://discourse.mcneel.com/t/packing-a-project ) and uploaded the resulting files.
There’s definitely a problem with Va and Rhino 7 at my end. I worked for about 20 minutes on it this morning and eventually it crashed when I attempted to mirror an opening.
Hi @djhg,
I’ve received your model with the bitmaps, and I still can’t reproduce the issue. I can double click to enter the detail and double click again on any VisualARQ object, and the vaProperties
dialog is opened very fast.
Does it happen just after opening the file?
Do you have any plug-in or Grasshopper add-on installed?
Do you have any other computer to try?
Regards,
Enric
I think Rhino 7 gets frozen if there’s a lot of left-clicking and right-clicking on an object in a detail window? In Rhino 6 this seems smoother, and it doesn’t get stuck. I only saw the frozen hourglass at these moments after I’d been first actively working on the project for a while - after which I saw it so often it became a big problem.
Attached is a gif showing the stuck behaviour, which occasionally results in success. Never had this confusion in R6.
