Editable "Surface Names" list

Dear community,

I have a large number of surfaces that have assigned names.

Is there a way to obtain a list of the selected surfaces that allows editing their names, without having to manually search for each individual surface in order to rename it?

You’d need scripting or Grasshopper to do this.
