Now our problem is that we can adjust the density of the cubic diamond structure in the chair we produced. But I want to increase the atomic dimensions and reduce the number of atoms in the render. In short, I want to increase the size of the bonds between the atoms, how can I do this, and I want to increase or decrease it. Can you help?

(The bond between these atoms should be more adjustable. For example, when I make the atom thicker, 500 atoms will form the sitting part. When I make it thinner, it will form 2500 atoms. This is exactly what I want. It has to be created by grasshoper.)
