So currently if I have a block with text inside, and then double click on the block to edit it. Then make some edits to the text, when I exit the block the text disappears.

I’ll check, but I’m pretty sure this is on the list.
We recently made a profound structural change in how annotation overrides are stored. While we are in transition from the old to the new, this was a side effect.
