and if so, how its made in rhino.

If you are asking about printing for casting the answer is no. The part circled in red is a sliding part to hold the earring in place. Two pieces in image.

The red-marked part is a stock accessory that you would buy in from a jewellery findings supplier: you wouldn’t make it yourself.
