an grasshopper dynamically change the parameter? Parameter as number slider or value list.

I guess the short answer is “yes”, but I think you need to be a bit more specific with your question in order to get a better answer. There are both slider and value lists in Grasshopper (and many, many other ways to dynamically change parameters, since this is one of the main functions of Grasshopper). Are you looking to change a specific parameter on a specific object or are you just getting started with Rhino/Grasshopper? If you are just getting started, here’s a great introduction to Grasshopper and also there’s Modelab’s massive Grasshopper Primer that will tell you (almost) all you need to know about Grasshopper.
