I have successfully made a 2d drawing of a pair of doors in the open position which stands in for the door in its plan representation when Plan View is set to a Detail View. However, this block displays to the size at which I created it regardless of the size parameter settings of the door. Is there a way within the Va interface to make a 2D block which scales with the object?

I am not sure if I am understanding your question, the 2D block should scale in the same way as the 3D block does. Please, could you send an example of the problem?
