DWG 2D Polyline failed import - Rhino 8 SR12

Hi,
I have been receiving surveys as DWG files and need to import them into Rhino 8.
I noticed Rhino is “skipping” all the information in the attached DWG file.
The file include 2D polyline entities describing building contours and roof tops.
The information will import correctly after exploding the 2D polylines in lines, which is useless for me.
The source of the data was generated in Autocad, and I extracted the problematic entities using BricsCad, which has been rock solid in all my DWG related work for the last 10 years.

RH-83817 is fixed in Rhino 8 Service Release 12
