Duh? Add remove items for MM popup toolbar?

I wanted to add/remove items in the WIP8 middle mouse popup toolbar but can’t find how to access the function.

I can’t understand the need for the change.

The need is fairly clear - to be able to use the same code for both Mac and Windows Rhino. The implementation however is far from successful at this point and while it may be a step forward for the Mac side, it’s a giant step backward for the Windows side.
