Can anyone help ? Drop down menus are not sticking and it is annoying, every time, i have to use the up and down arrow keys and the the return key to select items in a drop down menu. Using the mouse does not work.
Does anyone has a fix ?

You should start by load-protecting all non-Rhino plug-ins (Tools > Options > Plug-ins, plug-ins that do not ship with Rhino. Right-click each plug-in, select lpad-protect.) Once all have been handled restart Rhino. If that works you can load each plug-in one by one and write down which plug-in causes the problem.
Btw, any reason to have that many versions of KeyShot installed?
Also, you don’t need RhinoPbrMaterial, that was a plug-in for Rhino 6. Rhino 7 has Physically Based material that is better.
