Drop and Orient blocks to a surface

Hi all,

I am trying to solve someting in rhino 8. I have a large number of blocks i want to project to a surface, meaning drop them to the surface and orient them (rotating) acordingly to the surface curvature. Could someone help me?
I already tried Drop and it works for the first part, but now I want to rotate them following the surface.
