You need to give people a lot more to go by than “a threaded earring”. What is a threaded earring? What part are you struggling with? I’m guessing it’s the thread, but you give us no info. Do you have a sketch, a 3dm file, a set of dimensions - anything that will help people understand what you are trying to accomplish?
My initial best bet would be to install BoltGen, which will help you to easily construct all sorts of threads and then go from there - but again: Without a single image or description of what you are trying to do, it’s hard to help.
