Draworder isn't working

RH6, latest build.
Seems like ‘draw order’ stopped doing it’s job.
I works in some cases, but mostly doesn’t.

Hi Piotr - I got your file (thanks) and sent back a screenshot of how it looks here when I open it. ( =Correct, I think, as far as draw order goes). Did you see that image?
