I have a set of nearly 50 motif design like the ones in the attached figure. is there ant plugin or tools used to easily and accurate detect the similar motifs structure (similar shapes in the same positions) / their shape types and positional arrangements (Alternatives that are structurally identical or highly similar can be clustered into the same category). please suggest any tool or plugin that can make this task accurate.
