One of our customers is no longer able to use the drawing function in the AppBuilder on a tablet. Initially, it worked without any issues. Were there any recent changes that might have affected this functionality?

Since the initial release for this feature, we have made a few updates, but not in the last few weeks. Could you share a link of the App where the drawing does not work anymore?

I have also attached a screenshot of the issue. The field where the drawing function should be accessed displays the message: “Not supported on mobile devices.”
Was there any change to this recently or has it been like this since the beginning?
If so would there be a workaround for this?
My apologies, I had missed the mention of the tablet in your initial message. The drawing feature is not yet available on mobile devices. I will update this topic once this becomes possible.
