Drawing a palm leaf

Hey,

I’d like to work with palm leaves and this ‘zigzag’ pattern…
on the screenshot u can see what i have been doing, but I have problems with the thickness… it should be 1mm, the width of the leaf is 40mm. After offsetting the surface (both direction 0.5mm), it does not look nice in the end…

any ideas/tips what else I could try?

Hello. I think you could add a stem (a pipe that all the leaves come out of , not a point) also the ends can be pointed by taking half of the points closer to the orign
