Draw circle upon a thin rectangle

How can I draw 4 circles(thick) or different structures upon a thin rectangle By using Rhinoceros?

Iā€™m having a hard time seeing what it is you want to do. Do you have a sketch or a photo or something?

These are all very basic shapes.
Start by reading the help file on the following commands:
box, move, array, rotate, cylinder, shell.

If you have any questions after that, just post them here together with a Rhino model that shows how far you have come.
