Drag and drop materials in layout space not working

Hi,

In V7 when I activate a detail in layout space I can’t drag and drop a material on an object from the materials tab.

Hi Wim,

Thanks for looking into it. It seems like an oversight. Thankfully in layout space I can activate a detail select an object and from the materials tab use the assign to selected option but the drag and drop of a material doesn’t work.

I’m doing lots of tile design color schemes and I have to send out the layouts as pdfs to the colorist. It involves lots of changes to only the materials and I need to change the callouts or materials after I change them so it’s easier to do in layout space.
