Why doors do not have Door Sills? What other components do you guys feel that’s missing from door styles and/or window styles?
A starting list would be this:
- blinds
- trims
- grilles

Hi @GabrielB I add your vote for adding a sill component to door objects.
We could also add blinds and grilles (I guess you mean louvres).
For “trims”, we could add a “casing” component or provide the option to create frames from custom profiles.
Other users have also asked for new components, such as Lintel or Shutter.
We can add these components natively with some basic dimensions. In the meantime, you can always use Doors generated as Grasshopper Styles, where you can generate all these components parametrically in your Grasshopper definition.
