Don't use iRay instancing unless you need it

I just posted a question to iRay support on their newsgroup that I had to share. I was annoyed at how long it was taking for the iRay viewport to intialize, on the file I’m working on it was taking upwards of 50 seconds for it to start pushing pixels to the screen. I was told to disable instancing since my model was mostly unique objects, and the time listed in the log files for it to do the initial processing went from 49.8 seconds to 0.3!
