We are currently experiencing an issue related to domain validation when accessing ShapeDiver content embedded on the website:
After performing a HAR/network analysis, we identified that requests to the ShapeDiver endpoint are failing with the following error:

SdTicketValidationError -
Message:
"Please whitelist domain 'www.frameopensource.org'"
The request appears to be rejected during ticket validation by the ShapeDiver service.
We would like to request assistance from the ShapeDiver Team to verify whether the following domains are currently whitelisted in the corresponding ShapeDiver configuration:
If they are not yet authorized, could someone from the team please assist us in adding these domains to the whitelist?

We are accessing the platform from a managed educational network environment that uses web filtering/security inspection.
