Does Rhino run ok on Apple Silicon (M3 or M4)?

As far as I understood from the system requirements

 (Not ARM)

Running Virtual (ARM-) Windows on a Mac with M1…4 Chip will not support Rhino.

please correct me if I am wrong - and include the link / source of information - thanks
