Does Rhino generate a jpg when being saved for thumbnail use?

Hi,
Still needing to know, why doesnt my cataloging prog show a thumbnail of the view when project last save ?
other progs generate a jpg thats associated with the view when project saved,
Clearly Rhino doesnt do this.

Else that jpg would be captured by the cataloging prog.

answering myself I guess

I see file explorer shows a thumbnail large image but my cataloging prog doesnt.
So does that mean Rhino DOES generate a jpg thumbnail and if so why doesnt my cataloging prog make use of that ?
