This is not true. Almost all optimizations we make for display are not targeted toward any specific GPU (I actually can’t think of a single GPU specific optimization in our code). We do have some tweaks to try and work around some specific GPU driver bugs, but they don’t really affect performance.

There might be settings in the drivers that you can change to increase performance.
