I know it’s been a while since you posted this, so not sure an answer is still helpful, but if this happens again or if you remember, can you tell us what exactly happened? What do you mean by resetting Palettes? Are you talking about running the ToolbarReset command? Were you able to restore the keyboard shortcuts by clicking on “Restore Defaults”?
