Docking options issue (large gray windows)

Hi,
I can’t acces to my docking options on my laptop lenovo W520 (windows 7)
When I click an almost fullscreen and solid gray window appears without any text.
(no picture needed I guess ;))

There is no docking problem with Rh5. Neither with my desktop rh6 (windows 10).

My display driver is up to date.
Should I resign to deal with it or there a workaround even if I don’t the latest laptop ?
