Do containers feature work for migrating buttons from Rhino 8 to Rhino 9?

I want to migrate my custom container from RH8 to RH9. Is this possible?

When I export the container from RH8, the application crashes and closes, and also the .rch file is empty.

Each bug fix is an actual feature.

I do not like replacing Rh9 buttons with Rh8 ones.
